Montenegrin Music Center is the part of the Medinea Network (Mediterranean Incubator of Emerging Artists, coordinated by the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence) consisting of cultural organization of the music sector engaged in a dynamics of transmission, exchange and collaboration at the international level (higher education institutions, cultural centers, festivals, music markets and concerts venues). The aim of the network is to train up-and coming artists undertaking innovative musical projects in the Mediterranean by guiding them in the design, implementation and dissemination of their artistic projects. The network also wishes to increase dialogue between players on the Mediterranean cultural scene, promote the circulation of artists around the Mediterranean Basin and encourage reflection on artistic creation in the region.
